3·Sodium alginate were degradated by the enzyme. It can be proved by TLC and ESI-TOF-MS that mono-uronic acid and DP of Alginic acid oligosaccharides between two to eight were contained.
采用上述酶降解褐藻酸钠得到的产物用TLC检测得知含有单糖醛酸，用ESI-TOF-MS检测得知含有二糖至八糖的混合褐藻酸寡糖。
